100+ Miles. Teams of 10.

The Route 66 Relay is a point-to-point relay race tracing the most iconic stretch of America’s Mother Road — from Tulsa to Oklahoma City. Teams of 10 runners cover roughly 100+ miles, passing through legendary landmarks including the historic Heart of Route 66, the Rock Cafe, Threatt Filling Station, and the Round Barn in Arcadia. Launching in December 2026, the centennial year of Route 66, this race is more than a run — it’s a celebration of American heritage, community, and the open road.
