Osborne Celestain, Jr.

Race Advisor, Route 66 Relay. Founder of Cycling Tours by Osborne and the Community Light Foundation. Tulsa native, United States Army veteran, and graduate of Oklahoma State University of Technology.

About Osborne

I'm Osborne Celestain, Jr., and my life's greatest transformation came after facing prostate cancer in 2018. This challenge became my blessing, teaching me that true freedom comes from serving others and living authentically.

After 33 years in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, I found my true calling in combining my passions. Today, as the founder of Cycling Tours by Osborne and Community Light Foundation, I share the joy of cycling with others, especially my children and grandchildren - moments that fill my heart with pure joy.

My roots in Tulsa, Oklahoma, my service in the United States Army, and my education at Oklahoma State University of Technology shaped who I am. But it was overcoming cancer through natural health treatments that taught me my most valuable lesson: when we break free from our self-imposed limitations, we find the power to shine our brightest light.

I choose to live my best life by being a light for others. This is who I am, and this is the journey I continue to embrace.

Ride to Remember Black Wall Street - May 29, 2027.

Both rides are signature events of the Community Light Foundation.

The Community Light Foundation (CLF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families by addressing food insecurity, promoting healthy lifestyles, and building stronger communities through education, service, and community engagement.

Guided by the belief that "Food is Medicine," the Foundation works to increase access to nutritious food, encourage active living, and improve health outcomes in underserved communities throughout Oklahoma. CLF partners with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and civic leaders to develop innovative programs that address the social determinants of health while empowering individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices.

The Foundation's signature events include the Ride to Remember Black Wall Street and the Black Towns of Oklahoma Bike Tour. These cycling events celebrate the history, resilience, and cultural heritage of Oklahoma's African American communities while promoting wellness, education, and community connection. The Ride to Remember Black Wall Street honors the legacy of the Greenwood District and commemorates the victims, survivors, and enduring spirit of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The Black Towns of Oklahoma Bike Tour takes participants through several of Oklahoma's historic all-Black towns, promoting heritage tourism, supporting local economies, preserving important historical narratives, and demonstrating how cycling can bring people together to inspire healthier communities.

In addition to these signature events, the Foundation supports community wellness rides, nutrition education, food distribution initiatives, and collaborative programs that encourage physical activity and increase awareness of the connection between nutrition and long-term health.

Through our programs and partnerships, the Community Light Foundation works to create healthier lives, stronger neighborhoods, and more connected communities by fostering collaboration, promoting wellness, preserving history, and creating opportunities for future generations to thrive.
